These terms of use apply to all users of Finaiticks® who use our end products and services unless otherwise noted, including the Finaiticks® website(s) and web services at finaiticks.com (collectively the "Financial AI Ticks") and the Finaiticks® site consists of the Stock Screener, Crypto Explorer, and News collectively Finaiticks® software.

By using Finaiticks® website, you agree to be bound by the given terms and conditions provided by the Financial AI Ticks Inc.

1. Ownership

All information, software, graphics, photos, content, and materials displayed on, downloaded from, or otherwise associated with the Finaiticks® properties are owned and copyrighted by Financial AI Ticks Inc. unless specifically stated otherwise.
“Finaiticks®” is a registered trademark of Financial AI Ticks Incorporated.
All third-party names and trademarks appearing in the Finaiticks® properties are the property of their respective owners.
Finaiticks® is the licensed user and disseminator of information owned or provided by various Third-Party Suppliers, including securities exchanges. Where applicable, users of the Finaiticks® Properties will be required to accept and abide by supplemental third-party agreements (“Exchange Agreements”) governing their use of information originating from such Third-Party Suppliers.

2. Professional and Non-professional Status

If applicable to your Finaiticks® subscription, either you are a professional or non-professional, you can access the market stocks and crypto data without any charges, and it is free to use for everyone but cannot distribute the data published on the site as it is only for information purposes.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use the Finaiticks® Properties only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Use. You will not:

• Use the Finaiticks® Properties in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any Finaiticks® server(s) or the network(s) connected to any Finaiticks® server, or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the Finaiticks® Properties.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any Finaiticks® Property, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to any Finaiticks® server or to any of the services offered on or through the Finaiticks® Properties, by hacking, password mining, or any other means.
• Obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available through the Finaiticks® Properties.
• Use any device, software, or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Finaiticks® Properties or any transaction being conducted on the Finaiticks® Properties.
• Use the Finaiticks® Properties to transmit, distribute, store, or destroy material in violation of any applicable law or regulation, in a manner that will infringe the copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights of others, or violate the privacy or publicity rights of others, or that is libelous, obscene, threatening, abusive, or hateful.

THE FINAITICKS® PROPERTIES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THE ABOVE EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

5. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL FINANCIAL AI TICKS INCORPORATED., ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE FINAITICKS PROPERTIES, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY, PAIN AND SUFFERING, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF GOODWILL, LOSS OF DATA, AND WHETHER CAUSED BY TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), BREACH OF CONTRACT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Financial AI Ticks Incorporated, its affiliates, and their licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms of Use or your use of the Finaiticks® Properties.
